The nutrition plans we offer here at Prima are achievable 5 day 6 week plans tailored for you to achieve your goals – whether your goal is weight gain, weight loss, training plans, or if you just need a healthy new plan to follow.
These plans are different from the ‘normal’ calorie deficit plans as we look at what foods you ‘like’ and firstly incorporate these into your plan. We do this because we want you to succeed, so a plan that you can follow and enjoy is imperative.
We also acquire information on the foods you ‘dislike’ for example if ‘fish isn’t your dish’ we will avoid using this food group and incorporate something else of the same nutritional value.
Allergies obviously need to be considered – it goes without saying that if you’re Wheat intolerant or have a nut allergy then those food groups will not be included.
Where you shop is also a factor we consider – Supermarket branded foods have different nutritional content – A tin of beans from Tesco will have different ingredients from a tin of beans from Sainsburys for example.
Work Situation – This is very important. Have you access to a microwave for instance? Are you allowed to snack at your work? Have you a fridge in your workplace? These types of questions need to be considered when designing the plan. This makes the plan easy to follow and achievable for you.
As stated above the plan is a 6 week project and will need to be adjusted accordingly. Because of this, we would require you to ‘measure’ yourself after the 6 weeks and then the plan would be changed to suit your new improved results.
